The boys in blue return to FORT Finley Stadium for one last regular season match this Tuesday, July 4th against Georgia Revolution in a must win for CFC. Following Wednesday’s upset at the hands of Memphis City FC and the road loss to Inter Nashville, coach Bill Elliott knows that this match is crucial.

We’ve had a tricky run of matches here at the end of the season. Saturday’s match in Antioch against Inter Nashville was a setback, and coming back and facing the Revolution will determine how the playoffs shape up.” said Coach Elliott. “The fact of the matter is that we have to take every match seriously. We have a strong core of veteran players, and we’ll depend on them to help us bounce back from Saturday.”

Georgia Revolution sit at the bottom of the eastern half of the league standings. In early June, CFC drew Revolution 0-0 in Conyers. The team will be looking for revenge in the rubber match.

We’re expecting the fireworks to be on the field” said Sean McDaniel, GM, Chattanooga FC. “I feel like we remembered how to score goals over the past three matches, and the team will be ready to play on Tuesday. The guys know what’s at stake, and it’s time to step up.”
