As promised in our supporter ownership offering, shareholders have had the opportunity to put forth their name for consideration as a member of the Chattanooga Football Club Board of Directors. As a member of the board, the elected candidate will serve a two-year term in which they act as an advocate and ambassador for both the club and its shareholders.
The candidate submissions are in, and we are excited to announce that voting for the Supporter Class board member begins today! There are 15 total candidates running for one seat, which will be voted on by shareholders using a ranked choice voting system. The election will close on August 21st, and the elected candidate will be announced on August 24th at our match against Michigan Stars FC (assuming we have received votes from 50% of our shareholders).
An email with further election information has been sent out to all shareholders, and a second email with voting instructions will go out this afternoon (August 14), so please be sure to check your email! Further questions can be directed to email@example.com.
Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to beginning this new chapter.
