Chattanooga Football Club is stockpiling firepower, as they announce the signing of Forward Kaleb Jackson from South Georgia Tormenta FC. Before playing in South Georgia, Jackson excelled at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri, where he captained the team to three Final Four appearances. He was named All American Twice and earned GLVC Offensive Player of the Year awards in back to back seasons.
“I’m extremely excited to start this next chapter in my career with Chattanooga FC” said Jackson. “It’s nice to join a club with such great history and a wonderful fan base. I’m extremely thankful for this opportunity and can’t wait to get started!“
Jackson continued to thrive in 2017 for AFC Ann Arbor, where he was widely considered one of Ann Arbor’s most exciting newcomers. Last year, Jackson took on a new challenge in Statesboro, Ga, where he made eight appearances during his time with the club.
“We look forward to welcoming Kaleb to Chattanooga FC” said Peter Fuller, Head Coach, Chattanooga FC. “He played last year with South Georgia Tormenta in USL league one. He is strong athletic and can play all three of the forward positions. He will be a great addition to the club!”
Fans will get their first chance to see Kaleb in action Saturday, March 14th, against Michigan Stars. Chattanooga FC’s NISA Spring schedule is out and is available on ChattanoogaFC.com. Annual passes are available now at ChattanoogaFC.com, and individual tickets go on sale February 24th.
