Chattanooga Football Club’s defensive backline just got stronger as the team adds veteran Jordan Dunstan to the fold for its first professional season. Dunstan has been a standout for the club since he first played for Chattanooga FC in 2014, and the team wouldn’t be the same without Jordan on the backline.
I always said that I would have loved to play professional soccer for Chattanooga FC” said Dunstan. “Now I can as we head into Chattanooga FC’s inaugural professional season. I am very excited and these are exciting times for Chattanooga as a city. I’m glad to be part of this fantastic organization and I can’t wait to get to Chattanooga to start!
Jordan is known as a “brick wall” who protects the goal at all costs, but he has a nose for goal as well, scoring 2 goals with 2 primary assists in 2019.
“It’s great to have Jordan returning to us at Chattanooga FC for another season” said Peter Fuller, Head Coach, Chattanooga FC. “He has been a part of some great teams and moments in the club’s history. He brings great experience having played in the USL championship with Nashville previously and will be counted on heavily to provide that experience leadership to our back line.
Chattanooga FC will begin the 2020 NISA season on the road in just over a month against Oakland Roots on February 29th. The Scenic City’s NISA home opener is set for Saturday March 14th, against Michigan Stars, and the full Spring schedule is out now. Annual passes are available now at ChattanoogaFC.com, and individual tickets go on sale February 24th.
