Chattanooga Football Club continues to stockpile firepower for the 2002 campaign, as the club announces the signing of Forward Santiago Agudelo from Fort Hays State University. The Frisco, Texas native filled the stat sheet for the Tigers, scoring 17 goals and six assists in 2019, and 26 goals in 19 matches in 2018 which earned him D2CCA National Player of the Year honors.

“I’m beyond happy to announce I’ve signed my first professional contract with Chattanooga FC” said Agudelo. “Special thanks to God, my family, coaching staff, teammates and everyone who’s been part of this process!”

The accolades continued to pile up for Agudelo in 2019, as the forward earned all-region honors from United Soccer Coaches and a second straight D2CCA Central region Player of the Year honor.

“Santi has been able to score consistently at every level” said Peter Fuller, Head Coach, Chattanooga FC. “He came through the FC Dallas Academy where he was a prolific goalscorer in one of the top club teams in the country. He continued that at the college level. We are fortunate to have him.”

Supporters will get a first chance to see Santi in action on February 29th in Oakland, CA against Oakland Roots, and March 14th against Michigan Stars. Chattanooga FC’s NISA Spring schedule is out and is available on ChattanoogaFC.com. Annual passes are available now at ChattanoogaFC.com, and individual tickets go on sale February 24th.
