In its 15th season as a community-first organization, Chattanooga Football Club will showcase a local non-profit organization at every CFC home game in 2023.

The club announced Ronald McDonald House of Chattanooga as the first of at least a dozen organizations it will support this season

The initiative shines a spotlight on the services that organization does to make our city better.

“The most important thing that we can do is to use our platform to promote these groups doing different and meaningful things to help in and around the Scenic City,” said Jack Bradshaw, Community Relations Manager, Chattanooga FC. “Yes, we certainly give a portion of ticket sales back to the group, but we also allow each non-profit access to our players and social platforms to spread their own mission. Our mission statement talks about us being a tool for the greater good of the city and this program allows us to be exactly that.”

Last year, the club gave back nearly $6,000 to local nonprofits through the Cause of the Match Program, and are expecting to almost double that number this year.

More importantly, it brought additional awareness to these organizations.

"In all that we do, giving back to Chattanooga is top priority for CFC," Vice Chairman and Interim CEO, Davis Grizzard said. "Cause of the Night is a direct reflection of our club's culture and vision. We are proud to partner with our community's nonprofits and will continue to do so for years to come."

Chattanooga Football Club has partnered with Chambliss Law to make the program even more impactful to these community organizations.

"Chambliss has a rich history of supporting philanthropic efforts in the community. We are proud to be the Cause of the Match sponsor for the 2023 season," said Jason Mirmelstein, shareholder.
