Q: How can I buy tickets for the game?

A: Please visit cfctix.com to purchase tickets.


Q: I bought an Annual Pass and chose #NoRefund, how can I get tickets to the game?

A: For Annual Pass buyers that chose the #NoRefund option, they will receive an email with a link to a form to request their seat(s) for the game. In the form, there is the option to receive only seats for your Annual Passes or to request to buy additional tickets. Please see the seat request form for additional information. If you did not receive the seat request form, please email us at tickets@chattanoogafc.com. Please note the deadlines listed in the seat request form.


Q: I have an Annual Pass or Flex Tickets and I want to buy ticket(s) for someone else so that they can sit next to me, how can I do that?

A: Complete the Seat Request Form and communicate your preference to purchase additional tickets. Once completed, a CFC staffer will reach out to you as soon as possible to process your order. Please have your payment method ready during the call.


Q: I purchased Flex Tickets for the 2020 season, how do I use them for this game?

A: Fans that purchased Flex tickets will receive an email with a link to a form to request their seat(s) for the game. In the form, they will communicate the number of Flex Tickets that they would like to use for this match and also to request to buy additional tickets. Please see the seat request form for additional information. If you did not receive the seat request form, please email us at tickets@chattanoogafc.com. Please note the deadlines listed in the seat request form.


Q: I bought an Annual Pass and chose the credit or refund option, how can I get tickets to the game?

A: For Annual Pass buyers that chose the credit or refund option, you will receive an email with details on how to purchase single game tickets prior to them going on sale.


Q: Will my Annual Pass card or my original Flex Tickets be accepted?

A: No, this match and any future matches in 2020 will be administered by E-tickets. These E-tickets will be delivered via email either after completion of the seat request form (For Annual Pass #NoRefund fans or Flex Ticket fan) or after online purchase at cfctix.com. To enter the stadium on game day, display your e-tickets on your mobile device or print your e-tickets at home and bring them to the stadium on game day.


A: I have my E-ticket(s), what do I need to do to use them on game day?

Q: Have your E-ticket(s) visible on your mobile device or print your e-tickets at home and bring them to the stadium. Have your e-tickets visible for our game day staff to scan at the stadium gates.


Q: I received an Annual Pass as a member of CFCA, CFC Foundation, etc. how can I get tickets to the game?

A: Recipients will receive an email with a link to a form to request their seat(s) for the game. In the form, there is the option to receive only seats for your Annual Passes or to request to buy additional tickets. Please see the seat request form for additional information. If you did not receive the seat request form, please email us at tickets@chattanoogafc.com. Please note the deadlines listed in the seat request form.


Q: How many tickets are available for the match?

A: Due to social distancing measures, there is a limited quantity of tickets available for this match and it is possible that tickets will sell out.


Q: I see that the largest number of tickets together is 4. Can I purchase more than 4 seats together for my family?

A: Yes! You may also contact us at tickets@chattanoogafc.com or text/call us at 423-708-4625 and we will take care of your request.


Q: I bought an Annual Parking Pass for the 2020 season, what are the details about my Parking Pass and can I use it for games in 2020?

A: All fans that purchased an Annual Parking Pass have been sent communication that their parking passes will be refunded. No parking passes will be accepted at any games held this year.
