Jose “Zeca” Ferraz is a native of Belo Horizante, Brazil and has been with the club since 2013. Zeca has participated on teams that have won in five conference titles, three region titles and been in two NPSL National Championships. Most notably Zeca was on the 2015 USASA National Amateur Championship team that won the Hank Steinbrecher Cup. Zeca has scored 17 goals for the club, including a famous header that tied CFC 1-1 with FC Dallas in early 2018.

Zeca played soccer at Christina Brothers University. After finishing college in Memphis, Zeca chose to make Chattanooga his home. “Zeca has become a part of the fabric that makes Chattanooga,” said Sheldon Grizzle, President for Chattanooga Football Club. "His great soccer ability, character and the desire to be a part of our community sets the example for new, young players joining Chattanooga Football Club.”

Zeca currently lives in Chattanooga and is a Civil Designer for Barge, Waggoner, Sumner and Cannon, Inc.
